3x3 hang power clean (20/25/30kg)
3x4 hang clean and push presh (30/35/40kg)
4x3 power clean (50/60/65/70kg)
5x2 squat clean and jerk (60/70/75/77.5/75kg)
3x3 clean pull (75/80/90kg)
