50 bodyweight barbell lunges (72.5kg)
rest 5 mins
30 bodyweight barbell lunges
rest 3 mins
20 bodyweight barbell lunges
time=28:25 including rest

wod#2 'crossfit mainsite wod'

7rds for time
10 wallballs 9kg to 10ft
10 pullups
time=6:34

  3. thats awesome jac! commiting it rx like a boss. great article i just posted by dan williams of 'Range of Motion' about scaling and going out side of your comfort zone. I definatly thought of you and the open workouts.. ;)
