WOD#1:
300m row
then 4 rounds of
5 squat snatches 50kg
5 pull-ups
finish with 300m row
time=7:43

wod#2
5-5-5-5-5 btn snatch strict press
20/30/35/37.5/37.5kg
3-3-3 btn snatch push press
50/60/70kg
1-1-1 btn snatch push jerk
80/90(f)/85kg(f)

3sets of max strict hspu (rest as needed between)
