1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch. = 75kg
2) 3x3 snatch pulls @ 60kg/70/80
3) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and Jerk. = 85kg
Strength
1 and 1/4 Front Squat: 1X5 @ 80kg, 2X5 @ 85kg, 1X3 @ 90kg, 1X3 @ 95kg – rest as needed.
