This sunday Jack and myself made the short trip to Range Of Motion's 'OTF' in Brigadoon. Needless to say it was a fun filled morning complete with Amraps galore of serious grunt work.Who would have thought lifting rocks could be so fun! We were exposed to various testing stimuli including tyre flips, keg ground to over head, sledge hammer swings and a makeshift yoke that swung like crazy with the slightest tilt. We finished the epic event with a barbecue feast and headed home absolutely buggered. A big thankyou to Dan Williams and all the ROM crew for organising the event and welcoming us to your place, looking forward to training with you guys again.

I was given the great honour of being awarded the 'Awesomness Trophy' for being totally awesome! and possibly for sucking so bad at the sandbag to shoulder.. |
