muscle pit

work up to 1rm bench
90kg pretty easy (so close to 95kg)

work up to 1 rm clean
90kg (felt heavy, couldnt quite get the explosive lift i wanted)

work up to 1rm weighted dip
36kg

work up to 1rm farmer carry deadlift
140kg (unlike barbell dead, the grip was on the side of our legs, not infront)

3 sets of reverse hyper
