work up to max power jerk=75kg
heaps less on mary than my pr, however i was seriously strict on my standards as it was for an online comp, the pullups were awesome (all unbroken and butterfly) and the hspu were ok.. but the pistols were the thing that took me down. Did the pistols barefoot which made it very hard since the standard for the comp was no oly shoes. would score HEAPS better with oly shoes, i will redo this wod when my back feels abit better and see the difference, either with or without oly shoes? what do you think is better to do?
